Web reputation
WHAT IS THAT?
According to the definition of Wikipedia, web reputation is " an activity of collecting and monitoring everything that is said online about a specific product, service, project or event ". In one word, it could be summarized as our online or digital reputation.
To have a web reputation it is not necessary to be connected to the network, since users can talk about us even if we are not online.
We can therefore say that a site reflects our image and what we represent and transmit to all those who look at us from the outside.
HOW IS WEB REPUTATION MEASURED?
Everything we do and the way we operate involves, consequently, a feedback to users that they can make ideas, opinions and sometimes prejudices against us both positively and negatively.
In fact, in the business context, what we leave and transmit to the customer is of significant importance for our reputation , since if the consumer remains dissatisfied, he will be able to disclose his experience with contacts in his possession, ruining not only our image, but also the our business, such as a significant decrease in customers; while if the customer is satisfied this will be to our advantage and will act as an advertising medium to all his knowledge.
THE IMPORTANCE OF DETAILS
We must pay close attention to what we post and what we want to be represented with, since a moment is enough to misinterpret the information we provide and therefore consequently ruin our web reputation.
DOES WEB REPUTATION INFLUENCE IN SEARCHING FOR A JOB?
Certainly. Precisely for this reason we must be careful about what the web talks about us, but above all if we are aware of it, and therefore cannot lead to the deviation of our image and what we want to appear.
Human resources, in fact, have infinite tools to analyze the candidate even before meeting him and this is a valid reason to start looking for what kind of information there is on your behalf.

● Maintain online public relations
Nurture relationships with individuals capable of guiding points of view in your market niche. Newspapers, influencers, blogs of third-party actors able in some way to positively influence the perception of your company and the product you manage.
